An NCAA investigation against former Alabama player DJ Fluker prompting one Alabama lawmaker to take action against sports agents. Fluker is accused of taking money from an agent while playing for the Tide. Representative Jack Williams, Co-Chair of the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission says if agents are paying players... or if agents are not registered with the state, they should be prosecuted. He is asking the NCAA to give players a one year amnesty to come forward with information that could help lead to the arrest of what he calls "rogue sports agents". He says the Commission is working with legislators to pass tougher laws against those agents.
