Sessions Blasts Budget Deal

Sessions Blasts Budget Deal

An Alabama lawmaker  criticized the bipartisan budget deal Thursday.  Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Mobile) called the deal "a fee increase to fuel a spending increase."  The plan restores billions of dollars cut by the sequester.  The Republican-led House was expected to approve the deal, which is being blasted by conservative groups, which say the budget will increased spending and deficits.  House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) attacked the groups in unusually harsh terms, telling reporters Thursday the organizations "have lost all credibility."
